New Image: Blue Dasher Dragonfly

It has been a while since I put a new image up for sale, but I’m proud to make this one available to you. This is a Blue Dasher dragonfly (Pachydiplax longipennis) that I captured in 1’s and 0’s recently. The focus is outstanding on this particular image, with the texture on the eyes being particularly sharp. It has been quite a while since I’ve been this jazzed about a particular image in terms of it’s artistic composition and it’s technical correctness. In short, man this is an awesome image.
It is available online in my galleries in sizes up to 11×14. I can tell you that it is tack sharp at 8×10 which means it will be very pretty at 11×14 and probably will be outstanding at 16×20 if you would like me to open up that possibility.
